If you’re looking to join our framework to become an SCF partnering contractor, then please note that the current framework runs until May 2027, as such it is likely that the next opportunity to apply will commence mid 2026

To be notified of available opportunities to apply for a framework place, your organisation should register under the appropriate categories on the host organisations procurement portals.

What is the Local Supply Chain Portal?

Local Supply Chain (LSC) is a cloud-based supply chain management and procurement platform, which has been designed and developed for the construction industry. LSC provides main contractors with access to over 25,000 suppliers across the UK. In the past year alone, an average of more than £1m worth of contracts has been awarded every day.

LSC software incorporates many innovative features, which not only manage the entire procurement process but also introduce collaboration across many different departments.

SCF supports CLOCS

CLOCS is a national Standard that requires all stakeholders in construction to take responsibility for health & safety beyond the hoardings. It demands collaborative action to prevent fatal or serious collisions between vehicles servicing construction projects and vulnerable road users: pedestrians, cyclists, and motorcyclists.

The CLOCS Standard requires action from clients, principal contractors and vehicle operators, and harnesses the power of policy-makers to minimise the impact of construction projects and eliminate harm to communities.

We want all Contractors and Sub Contractors take careful consideration when operating on and off site, and undertake safe practice led by the CLOCS Standard wherever possible.
