The Principal Contractor (BR) plans, manages and monitors the construction phase by:

• Co-ordinate matters relating to the building work and ensuring building regulations compliance
• Sharing information with the PD BR related to the design work and co-ordination of building work.
• Assisting the Client by providing requested information promptly.
• Ensuring changes and issues are controlled and documented with the PD BR.
• Providing the Client with documentation outlining the arrangements they have put in place to fulfil their duties.
