SCF Professional Services framework launches
Following a rigorous procurement process, SCF is delighted to announce it has appointed three leading multi-disciplinary consultants to its new Professional Services framework, which launched 3 August.
A collaboration between Hampshire County Council, Devon County Council and Manchester City Council, this public sector framework will allow swift and simple access for all public bodies operating in the South West, South East, North West, and Midlands regions as well as Wales and London.
Building on SCF’s commitment and expertise in two-stage open book procurement and its integrated ‘one team’ approach, the SCF Professional Services framework will shape and support not only the procurement of public construction projects but will help ensure their effective delivery. SCF is driven by value, quality outcomes and commitment to excellence in public sector construction. This framework complements the SCF construction framework and will allow clients to benefit from single framework procurement as well as driving the values that are important to them, in terms of social value, environmental and local economic priorities in a targeted and measurable way.
The consultants winning a place on this framework have all demonstrated their capability in two-stage open book procurement and working collaboratively as part of an integrated team.

SCF is part of the National Association of Construction Frameworks (NACF) group of publicly managed frameworks and SCF Professional Services has been designed to deliver to the standards and requirements demanded by public sector clients in England and Wales.
To date, SCF has delivered projects with a value in excess of £6 billion to over 100 clients. There are added benefits of 10% on all projects through integrated preconstruction and on average, projects are delivered within 1% of the contract sum.
