The brief was to repurpose three floors of office space, providing TVP with a facility that delivers the operational requirements for the area. Completion of the project would allow TVP to consolidate its operations, and transition from its former premises.
Willmott Dixon carried out a full refurbishment of more than 37,000 sq ft across three floors of Atlantic House, transforming the space into a modern, operationally efficient police station. The works included new ceilings, partitions, high-quality finishes, and upgraded MEP systems to ensure long-term performance.
The design focused on functionality and staff wellbeing, with new locker and shower facilities, as well as communal breakout areas to support collaboration. Sustainability was embedded throughout, with improvements targeting BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and reducing the building’s environmental impact

Willmott Dixon Interiors provided employment opportunities to 24 individuals living within 10 miles of the site. Among them, four had previously faced long-term unemployment before joining our project, demonstrating our commitment to supporting local communities and helping people back into work.
