We are very excited to announce that our client carbon tool is close to launch!
With an exemplar working group, comprising of Contractors and Consultants sustainability national leads, their expertise has been garnered and formed into an interactive tool for our clients. Emma took over the CERG (Carbon Emergency Response Group) chair from Jon Williams recently, and we asked her how it has gone so far..

As part of the NACF commitment to support the Cambridge Code for Smart Infrastructure and Construction’s Carbon Code, the tool will be shared with our framework partners and adapted to suit their needs. See here for more information on the Code.
Designed for client use, the tool contains a host of useful information and a top 20+ list of considerations for reducing carbon. Including explanations on terminologies, optimum RIBA stages to consider the initiatives and a host of supporting resources, we will be launching this in April with a fanfare, so keep a close eye on our social media streams and do give it a go and let us know if it works for you!
