The completion process for non-HRB works remains similar to the existing process but with additional validation and checks. These additional validations are likely to impact the programme for completion and are likely to extend the timescale for legal occupation. 

Required documentation for completion include, but are not limited to:

  • The contact information for the Client, PC BR and PD BR.
  • A written statement confirming the work has been completed.
  • A statement from the Client confirming to the best of their knowledge the works comply with building regulations.
  • A statement from the PD BR and PC BR confirming the dates of their appointments and confirmation that they have fulfilled their duties.

Once issued and validated you will receive your completion certificate and can then occupy the building.
